You Agree

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, ConexaHub may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

You become disruptive or difficult to work with; or you fail to follow the program guidelines; or, you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.

Thus, you agree:

Not to infringe any Program- participants or the Company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights;

That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company;

That all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;

That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence. You further agree that your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

That if you ask from us to make changes on the System/Ads, Advancer will not take responsibility on the results that can happen from those changes.

Content:

The CRM Provided by us and all other content, including ad copy/ads videos/ads images generated by ConexaHub are ConexaHub’s intellectual property. By canceling your services with ConexaHub, you agree and fully acknowledge that you will no longer have access to the CRM or generated content and will have no rights to use our generated content for further campaigns or for other companies.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a transfer or license of our intellectual property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, logos, and proprietary content, remains the exclusive property of the company.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions should be construed as "Work Made for Hire," as defined in Section 101 of Title 17 of the Copyright Act of 1976. The company retains all rights, title, and interest in any work created unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Copyright:

You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the website, email, or funnel is either owned by your good selves or that you have permission to use them.

When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You undertake that you own the graphics and other visual elements that we create with them the creatives for you for this project if you send them to us.

The Party acknowledges and agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, replicate, reproduce, or duplicate the system, landing pages, images, texts, or any other proprietary materials provided by the Other Party, either on its own or by engaging a third party. Any unauthorized use or replication shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial of our AI-powered marketing platform. During the trial period, you will have access to all features. No charges will be applied during the trial.

Cancellation During Free Trial

To avoid being charged after the trial period ends, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial. Failure to cancel by the trial end date will result in automatic enrollment in the paid plan.

Paid Subscription

Once the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically transition to the Paid Plan, and you will be billed accordingly.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for charges incurred after the trial period. If you experience any issues with our platform, please contact us support for assistance.

Cancellations After Paid Subscription Begins

If you wish to cancel after your paid subscription begins, you may do so by logging into your account at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no future charges will be applied.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Translation Interpretation
