Information we collect

- Communications, including calls, text messages, emails and chats with us or our AI assistants, which may be recorded and transcribed.
- Usage information, such as pages visited, device and browser information, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure and improve our advertising and website.

Calls and text messages (SMS) consent
When you provide your phone number (for example, when booking a demo), you agree that ConexaHub may contact you at that number by calls and text messages about your inquiry and our services, including messages sent with automated technology and calls using an AI-generated or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling you at any time, on a call or by emailing us.
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our AI assistants identify themselves as virtual assistants.
Data we process for our clients
When we provide services to a business (our client), we process information about that business's leads and customers on the client's behalf and according to its instructions. In those cases, the client is responsible for its own privacy notices and for obtaining any consent needed to contact its leads. Our agents only contact leads who have asked to be contacted. If you have questions about how a business uses your information, please contact that business directly.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as hosting, communications, scheduling and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; with advertising platforms for measurement, as described above; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your social media account settings.
Retention and security
